Phattra
Born and raised in Thailand, Phattra brings to Siam House authentic and traditional Thai cooking; bringing to the table secret family recipes and creating exquisite Thai dishes. Leading the Siam House kitchen & front of house team she is a driving force behind keeping the food, atmosphere & service authentically Thai. Phattra works alongside the house chef to produce high end, restaurant quality food on a takeaway basis.

A born and bred Standish resident, Ed spent several years travelling around Thailand, meeting the local people and learning the skills to create delicious Thai cuisine. These skills, he has brought back to the UK and is now sharing with his local community; recreating the very best that Thailand has to offer.
The Vision
Siam House Thai Takeaway is a family run food takeaway serving authentic South East Asian cuisine, producing fresh food of the highest quality on a convenient Takeaway Basis.
