The story of Siam House Thai Takeaway

Siam House Thai Takeaway opened in Summer 2017. It is the aspiration of Ed and Phattra.

Over the years we have grew in popularity and the family workforce has increased.

Leading the team in the kitchen our Head Chefs Husband and wife team Supot and Ying

Born and raised in Thailand, the Siam House team brings the authentic and traditional Thai cooking to the table using secret family recipes and creating exquisite Thai dishes.

A born and bred Standish resident, Ed spent several years travelling around Thailand, meeting the local people, learning the knowledge of the delicious Thai cuisine. This knowledge he has brought back to the UK and together with his wife Phattra is now sharing with his local community; recreating the very best that Thailand has to offer.
